About me

As a 2022 C&IT A Lister, I have extensive experience working as a senior-level Senior Project Manager/Senior Producer, designing and managing both live and virtual projects across a broad spectrum including live events, activations and mailers.

 

Working as a Senior Producer, I am solely responsible for the management and delivery of complex, large scale, live and virtual events and activations with project budgets exceeding $4 million. I have worked across a global portfolio of Fortune 500 organisations such as; PwC, Google, Conde Nast (Vogue), Samsung and YouTube aswell as ultra-high net work individuals.

 

I work directly with my clients from the initial brief through to execution and installation onsite. I have overall responsibility for the life cycle of the project including writing initial budgets & SOWs, scheduling project timelines and deadlines, budget management, supplier and venue sourcing & management, resource management including the coordination and management of multi-disciplinary teams working across the project including the overarching project team (including Project Coordinators & Project Managers).

 

I also manage the creative ideation, strategy and direction alongside all production, moving image and HSSE requirements. As we move through to onsite delivery - I act as the Show Producer and main client POC followed by all post-event activity such as budget reconciliations, debriefs, case studies completed and client measurement presentations.
